## Beginner Console Rules

1. Start every world by selecting only the sources for that world.
2. Ask NotebookLM for a lesson before asking for a quiz.
3. Save the best answer as an inventory note.
4. Click at least one citation before marking an answer trusted.
5. Use flashcards before quizzes.
6. Use Audio or Video Overview only after the learner has read or heard the plain-language lesson.
7. Convert learner notes to sources only after removing private information.
8. Keep Claude practice separate from NotebookLM verification.

## Facilitator Safety Rules

- Do not upload private learner records, passwords, customer data, payment info, or confidential business documents.
- If a learner wants to practice with a real scenario, replace names, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, and private details with fake placeholders.
- Remind learners that NotebookLM responses and generated media can be wrong, even when they are source-grounded.
- Do not rely on NotebookLM for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- Before sharing a public notebook, assume viewers may still access sources and artifacts.

## Minimum Live Notebook Standard

The live `Claude Certification Quest` notebook should contain:

- At least 8 core course sources.
- One whole-course study guide.
- One world map Mind Map.
- One learner FAQ or briefing note.
- One flashcard deck.
- One World 0 quiz.
- One Final Boss quiz.
- One Audio Overview.
- One Video Overview.
- One safety infographic.
- One facilitator or learner slide deck.
- One Data Table, if the feature is available in the account.
- Three saved inventory notes:
  - Basic AI words.
  - Prompt formula.
  - Safety shield.

When those exist, NotebookLM is no longer just a storage place. It is the course console.
