We were the first customer.

Golden Maple Landscaping is our hardscape company in Ontario — real crews, real quotes, real callbacks. It's also where every system we sell was built, because we needed it first.

Founder

I built this for my own company first.

I run Golden Maple Landscaping — crews, quotes, callbacks, all of it. Golden Maple Group exists because I got tired of doing admin at midnight, and the systems I built to fix it turned out to be worth more than the fix.

So I'm not going to sell you a strategy deck. I'll tell you what I'd install, in what order, and what I'd leave alone — the same way I decided it for myself.
