Golden Maple CRM · early access
A CRM for trades contractors: leads, estimates, jobs, a crew app, invoices and a client portal, in one place. Golden Maple Landscaping, our hardscape company in Ontario, runs on it today.
Early access: the first 5 contractor businesses get it free, with no end date. After that, it's Starter or Pro, paid monthly by card.
Early-access spots are taken. Pick Starter or Pro, paid monthly by card. Your business opens once the payment goes through.
New sign-ups are paused right now. To ask for early access, email yorkis@goldenmaplelandscaping.ca.
Use a Gmail or Google Workspace address. Before your business is created, you agree to the CRM's Terms of Use and confirm you've read its Privacy Notice.

What's in it
From the first call to the paid invoice, for you in the office and your crew on site.
Every lead and client on one pipeline board, with follow-ups and bookings in the same place.
Line-item estimates and contracts, sent as one link your customer signs on their phone.
A ticket for every job, a calendar, dispatch and a job map.
Crews open today's jobs on their phone and clock in. Every shift lands on their timesheet.
Invoices emailed from your own mailbox, payments recorded against them, and what's owed or overdue at a glance.
One link where your customer opens their proposal as a PDF and signs it.
Early-access extras
Quick capture turns a spoken or typed note into leads, jobs and payments.
Not included: texting your customers from the CRM, taking card payments from your customers online (you record each payment by hand: e-transfer, cheque or cash), a QuickBooks connection, or an AI voice agent. The voice agent is its own product: see the AI voice agent →

Questions
No end date is set, and no card is taken. Golden Maple can later move a free business to Starter or Pro. Until the owner pays by card, the business is paused: nobody on the team can sign in, and the early-access extras may be switched off. Nothing is charged before the owner pays. The Terms of Use set out the details.

There's one free spot per Google account, email address and Google Workspace domain.
Yes. Invite your team from inside the CRM, and crews use the crew app on their phone. Starter covers up to 3 crew members; Pro has no crew limit.
Not today. Estimates and invoices are emailed from your own mailbox, but your customers can't pay an invoice or a deposit by card through the CRM: you record each payment by hand (e-transfer, cheque or cash). Texting customers from the CRM and a QuickBooks connection aren't included either.
No. The voice agent that answers the calls you miss is a separate product: see the AI voice agent.
Then ask the owner for an invite instead of signing up. Signing up creates a new, separate business.
It's covered by the CRM's Privacy Notice, which says what's collected and which providers handle it. Read it, and the Terms of Use, before you sign up.
It's early-access software: it runs Golden Maple Landscaping today, and it's still changing. The Terms of Use say so plainly.
